Detailed Product Description

1.       Appearance: Light brown powder or dark brown aqueous solution. Anti-freezeer can be added when construction is launched below zero degree C.

2.       Stable chemical performances are reflected by its properties of being non-poisonous, odorless and non-inflammable. No crystallization occurs in winter.

3.       Water reduction exceeds 22% as a condition of blending where 80 or lower grade concrete is prepared.

4.       Freedom from chloride interference makes it possible that little shrinkage occurs.

5.       Good retardation will be generated to reduce premature hydration heat. Initial setting uration can be extended to 10 hours. Alternatively make adjustments according to customers requirements. Zero water penetration and segregation, and good moisture insulation are obvious characteristics. Gas cant be exhausted in 2hous so that its anti-blending ability, modulus of elasticity, water proof and anti-infiltration will be correspondingly improved.

6.       Compatible with varieties of cement. Preferably blended with superfine mineral blending materials.

Recommended blend dosage

The above blend dosage is recommended for reference. Proper adjustments should be made accordingly. Keep direct contact with manufacture when C50 or concrete of higher index is readily prepared.

Directions:

1.       The powdery agent can be applied to concrete directly or prepared accordingly and diluted to different concentration levels. The liquid agent can be blended straight with concrete.

2.       In case of combination with expansion agent an extra 30-second agitation is required.
