Properties, features & characteristics:

1.       Appearance: Light brown powder & dark brown liquid. Non-poisonous, odorless,

non-flammable and non-corrosive to steel bars.

2.  As a condition of blending in which amount of cement and collapsibility are fixed forehead, mixing water can be decreased by 10-30% when it is admixed at 0.31.5*% with reinforced concrete. At the early stage, Compression strength is increased rapidly and at the end largely. Statistically, compression strength on the 1^st day, the 3^rd day and the 28^th day after single application is increased by 70100%, 60-80% and 2550% respectively when it is added at standard blend dosage. As a result, compression strength, tensile strength, buckling strength and modulus of elasticity can be improved to some extent.

3. At the time it is fabricated by centrifugation, slurry loss is slight while notable vapor cure effect occurs. Site and modulus utilization can be effectively accelerated. At the end of application, compression strength is practically improved.

4. According to the requirements of construction national key projects indicating that the corrosion of externally applied agent to steel bars and base-cement flour co-reaction must be prevented, we have developed ZWL-series. Superplasticizer with low chloride and low alkali in order to generated good durability. It is widely used in largescale dam and bridge constructions as well as skyscrapers.
